Mango Coconut Smoothie Recipe

This rich smoothie is loaded with nutrients like potassium and Vitamin C thanks to two flavorful fruits, mango and banana. Use this as a replacement when you're craving sugar-packed ice cream, or even as a meal replacement during breakfast.

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

¼ cup Greek yogurt

1 cup fresh chopped mango

1 teaspoon hemp seeds

1 cup cold coconut milk

Ice cubes (optional)

Directions: Add coconut milk and banana to a blender and mix until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix again.Add ice cubes and blend one more time if desired. Makes two servings.
