Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
¼ cup Greek yogurt
1 cup fresh chopped mango
1 teaspoon hemp seeds
1 cup cold coconut milk
Ice cubes (optional)
Directions: Add coconut milk and banana to a blender and mix until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix again.Add ice cubes and blend one more time if desired. Makes two servings.
